Plex GT

The MasterPlex GT software is designed for genotyping analysis of Single Nucleotide

Polymorphisms (SNPs) and Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) typing with data

generated from the Luminex system. In this tutorial, we will be going over five main

steps in analyzing a Luminex data file with the MasterPlex GT v2 software:
